This place has horrible customer service and they take tooooo long. I went in at 8:30 am and asked them for my keys because I had to be somewhere soon and the front desk representative got all aggressive and hostile (not at first) but when I asked for my keys back. I went here for a wheel alignment and then next thing you know something with my brakes went off a bit. I’m with malikah brown on this comment section something weird is going on here at this place and trust I’m not worried about nobody “stalking me” because I definitely got a gang of male family members & a boyfriend this place would have to Face If they stalked me online. I don’t even play like that. Guess I gotta go back to my old mechanic in Mesa !

If you're a female and you come here for a service, they of course will ask for your information (name, number etc) However the guy named GABE GONZALEZ will take your information to look you up online to stalk your instagram. Not very professional and super creepy. I came here last week after getting my check engine light checked at autozone. With the receipt they gave me stating what i needed done I headed to this auto shop. I told Gabe Gonzalez i needed my EGR valve and knock sensors replaced for my engine light. And while they were at it they could give me a wheel alignment and replace my wheel studs as well. He did some typing on the computer to print up a paper with a quote for what i wanted done. Let me put emphasis on why he gave me this paper (which will be uploaded with this review) IT WAS TO GET A ***QUOTE**** FOR THE SERVICE I WAS ASKING FOR. A LITERAL NOTE WITH PRICES FOR PARTS AND LABOR. The paper on the top right corner LITERALLY says "Estimate for services" Which he included some other parts, a Barometric pressure sensor Connector and Plenum gaskets. I was told I needed to get that fixed in order to completely fix the EGR valve or something. Fine. With my receipt from autozone still in hand i mentioned the price there for EGR valve and knock sensors were almost half the price. He then told me "you can go and get those parts there and bring them back here and we'll work on the car" so thats exactly what I did. I went tk autozone to get THOSE PARTS the EGR valve and knock sensors. THATS what autozone told me I needed and THATS what i was going up there for. I came back this morning with those parts he asked me where the other parts where. Uhh what other parts? He said he specifically told me to buy a harness. I gave him the paper and asked him where it says harness on there. He looked at the paper and said "oh looks like it wasnt...oh wait, this is it. The Barometric pressure sensor connector." How tf was i supposed to know thats a harness Gabe? 😂 then I told him "Well i got these parts i said i would get from autozone, i said nothing about getting those other parts from there, i was just gonna buy the rest from your shop." He got such an attitude with me and asked me why i would buy parts at 2 different shops and not all at once. He said he specifically told me to buy all the parts and supposedly THATS why he gave me the paper. To buy all my own parts, not to give me a quote for the service. When I said "maybe you were too busy looking at my instagram and forgot to tell me" his response was "I looked at your IG because i thought u was some girl i knew named Mikaela." My name is Malikah. Gabe, i know u feel stupid, lol which im assuming is why you tried to make me feel stupid in return. (Fragile egos, so sad) regardless of *who you thought i was* which I know was a lie, that doesnt mean you just start searching people on the internet. A simple "hey dont I know you?" Would have done just fine. Fool. Anyway, dont waste your time here. Especially if youre a lady. At least have your brother, uncle, father, some male figure go up there for you. Because the mechanics will be so busy stalking u online rather than doing what they need to do and try to make you feel like you did something wrong.
