I work right at the sabb mechanic shop next door to this business. I witnessed the business owner threaten a young looking man running him off our business despite the young man saying he was looks for business with us the sabb shop the owner Joe proceeded to walk and act like he was going to hit the young man’s car i would not do any type of business with this shop (valley transmission auto care) I have seen plenty of clients return to his shop

I would highly recommend this shop. Joe has fixed 2 of our vehicles, 1 of which was taken to another shop 4 times for a rebuilt transmission that was never right, yet Joe fixed it on the first appointment. He also saved me from buying a new transfer case. I was told at a different shop that it was ruined but Joe inspected it and it was just really low on fluid, saved me 1500.00. Very honest and reliable.

Coming across Joe's business is one of the best things that has happened to me. It's extremely hard to find a good mechanic. He worked on my son's truck & did an amazing job. He explained to my son & I all the work that he had completed. He gave us a great price. I appreciate his honesty & all the attention to detail. They rebuilt my transmission, and it did not work properly from the beginning. I took it back and they gave me the run around for 3 months. Finally they rebuilt my transmission and owner was trying to blame me that I did something to the transmission. The transmission lasted about 5k miles and 8 months. I would not recommend this shop at all. I should of got at least 12k or a year out of my transmission especially on a second rebuilt. Well now I'm way out of my warranty and have to spend another 1,500 and have no vehicle. Run away from this shop.

This shop was terrific. I had got quotes from two other places that wanted more than the car was worth to fix it and flat out lied about the problem. Valley Transmission gave me a realistic price without the runaround. Joe fixed my CVT trans and it drives perfectly. The price even came in a little under the estimate (how often does that happen). I am very happy with the service and will recommend them in the future. Thanks, Joe and anyone who had a hand in repairing my car. I really appreciate it.
