Mike rebuilt my entire 4r100 f350 Ford transmission in 24 hours with a new case and shift kit. Runs perfectly this was 2 years ago and i havent had any issues. They did a good job finding the parts and getting it done quickly. I Would recommend them for other straightforward jobs like this.

Broke down on my way to Las Vegas and was recommended to this shop. At first they gave a good sense they were trying to look out for me and make sure my truck is running 100%. They did it fast and told me it was ready for pickup. I drove all the way from El Paso, TX to pick it up once I got back to El Paso the truck didn’t wanna shift anymore and started acting up which it shouldn’t if the whole purpose was to rebuild the transmission and leave it running good I was told I have 12 months warranty or 12k miles so when I talked to Mike about it he did not want to warranty out the transmission because I took too long to take it back but was still within the 12 month mark and didn’t even have 1000 miles since they rebuild it.i recommend you stay away from this shop.

I CAN EXPRESS THE GRATITUDE I HAVE FOR CHRIS AND MIKE THAT WOULD JUSTIFY HOW I FEEL!! I am so grateful for them taking the ten minutes to look at my truck when I was just taking someone to get work done. Chris fixed an ongoing electrical problem that I felt no one would ever figure out but HE DID!! Obviously the knowledge of the staff there surpasses expectation on all levels!! I wish I had know about the guys years ago…. I would have saved so much stress and money by getting things fixed right the first time!! They are an incredible team and I feel blessed to know exactly who to take any transmission, electrical or anything really that might go wrong with my Silverado I want to drive forever. Thank you guys!!

I shocked by the poor service. The employee I had the misfortune of dealing with was rude, unprofessional, uncivilized and I hate to say dishonest. I had a little box that turned up missing. When I first inquired I was asked to come back later. Upon returning the manager told me I shouldn't have had my belongings there on the property then I was told to see myself out
