BEWARE. I spent over $1,400 to get my car fixed (not including the car rental). After 5 days, I picked it up, and it still wasn't fixed. The manager refused to refund anything. His final response was go ahead file a suit in court. I'll be the one there. I fully intend to as I've already filled a formal complaint. The details are below for everyone's information. Take the time to read this review unless you have thousands of dollars to donate to them. It's unfortunate that I have to warn the public about their fraudulent business dealings and their managers at this particular company; Miguel Romero and Ryan Wheeler, Manager. They take advantage knowing fully the common person doesn't know about cars. My car sat on their property for a total of 5 days without repair of the original problem which was overheating. I called several days as well as stopped by the shop. Most days before 6 pm, when I called to see if it was ready for pick up, it seemed that it was the time they decided to work on it. 10 hours for 5 consecutive days and it was never fixed. When I finally picked it up at my request, it was in worse condition and overheated immediately upon leaving the shop. I have hired another knowledge mechanic that has confirmed the following 2 charges and "services" are bogus and were not justified. He has fixed the problem for 10x less and diagnosed it in 5 min. They charged me a total of $1,412.37 for 2 services rendered; one in April and the last on 7/31. In April, I went in as the car was making a grinding noise in a pulley. They said the water pump was the issue, and they claim it was replaced with a new one (see attached receipt and photos). I was charged $640.57 but the part is NOT new and the new mechanic confirmed this. The second charge, originally short of 1k but was discounted because Miguel "doesn't want to loose my business". Well, charging a grand every other month WHO WOULD want to loose that?! Both listened to my complaints but the cash is now in their pockets, I don't have a working car, and they couldn't care less. Someone else will call/walk in and take the gamble of trusting a well-known company name but terrible morals.

I have had to bring my car in 4 different times now to have my side mirror replaced. It is still not in working condition. I was also told that their managerial would contact me to refund me my money. I have called them 5 different times now and still have yet to get a response.. If you value your time and money, do not go to midas.

This location is great Miguel took my oil change and they gave me a inspection for free and showed me I needed breaks and rotors l, I had a check engine light that he checked for me and didn’t charge me for it and a i needed a Cadillac converter I could only afford the breaks and he got me approved for a payment plan that covered it along with the oil change….. amazing guys! I will be back

Midas 67th ave and Indian School, This is the place to take your car to! Miguel is always there to help with honest answers. The mechanics are very respectful and professional. They really do care for the customers and they go above and beyond! They send out a detailed report of your car every time you get an oil change so you’re informed of possible issues in the future. Again, I absolutely recommend this specific location for its friendly customer service and great job quality.
