My husband got all 4 of this tires changed here & had a great experience. The technician (Chris) working on his car was very professional, respectful & was very helpful. Definitely do recommend coming here for any of your car auto needs.

Yes I know all places mostly have lazy workers and good workers. It’s not fair to say this place is not good because of lazy ones. There is one great worker (Chris) who is respectful and always tries to help even guide me towards where I can get help if they can’t figure it out. He’s literally their best worker and I will always come back if he can be the one to assist me.

I bought brand new tires all 4 of them for my 2013 Chevy Malibu mind u I had warranty on them I come to fix my tire and It wasn't repairable . So I have to buy a new tire plus pay for a warranty on that one tire plus pay for installation why the hell did I pay for a tire sense it going to have a different day as they say which means numbers I have to pay a difference of the tire which will add up to the same price as buying a new one. I learned my lesson I won't be getting any more tires from Walmart I'm going to change out all these tire going to discount taking my other Walmart brand tires dropping these no good tires n leaving them at Walmart . I just waisted over 100 dollar on warranty just for nothing ... Lesson learned... Location on 75th Ave encanto Phx AZ

I got a oil change done to my Silverado back in October November last year time for a new oil change, discovered that the screw was over tightened on the oil pan, causing damage to the rubber garment and the oil filter was way too tight. Spoke to Jose, who is a training coach manager or whatever in TLE also spoke to the store manager told me there’s really nothing they can do about it and offered to bring the vehicle back in, but I already did the oil change since I’m not in town, very inconvenient At this point, I really don’t have a solution for they are telling me it’s pretty much Were the last ones to touch this vehicle and created damage all I asked for was replacement of the screw to the oil pan and they can’t even give me that. I advise anybody to make sure if you’re gonna use oil change services to watch these people like a hawk and let them know your wishes on tightening things up because they will go by specs and that shit’s not always good especially on an older vehicle.

I give no stars due to the poor service I received yesterday evening at 1:57pm my appointment was at 2pm, they didn't actually start working on the car at 2:20pm, the technician did more talking then working and lied about filling my tires with air. I will unload photos, you all probably know the red head working there, can't miss him he is the only tall red head that claims he knows nothing, that part is accurate, also while parking the customer car, does not mean roll down the windows and have a conversation with your Co worker, while you are supposed to be parking the customer vehicle. The disrespect is real at this auto center, I recommend women especially African American women don't go without a male chaperon, as you know they try to get over. Take photos and document your visit if you do go alone.
