Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they were able to repair my transmission when others wanted to replace it. Professionally sent images and video for approval of found suspension problems and quotes were reasonable and no hidden surprises on final bill. They worked hard to get the job completed quickly and evev installed my license plate. I would highly recommend them for BMW repairs.

I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Autobahn Imports. They provide you a link to their website where they keep you up to date on your service repair. I have had issues in the past finding a good auto-shop that is trustworthy but these guys provide photos/videos of any issues they run into while working on your vehicle. Brought my 2018 GTI here to have my manual clutch and engine mounts replaced and they even battled with my warranty company to get most of the labor/parts costs covered. Not to mention their prices are very fair compared to other shops in the area. If have more work that needs done on my GTI I will absolutely bring my vehicle to these guys 👍🏽

I went in, after my car Audi Q5 was over heating and a sensor was going off. They did a full inspection and sent me a report with pictures and descriptions (this was a first for me from a mechanic). They quoted me what needed to be fixed, and informed me of stuff that may come up but didn’t pressure me to do it. I got the original quote and called later to find out it would actually be less than the quote after I agreed to pay for it. Any other mechanic would’ve just charged me the full amount. (I don’t have a great experience with euro mechanics and the full amount was less than what I was quoted over the phone elsewhere.)…….BUT, Jimmy and the team at Autobahn were amazing, communicative and there was no pressure, and even showed me the melted parts when I went to pick up….. Lastly I have NEVER had a mechanic detail my car before picking up, and my car was far from clean to say the least. It was a very nice touch! They have earned a loyal customer for both my Audi and Mercedes and I will be back! Thank you guys!

I brought in my BMW X5 to Autobahn Imports to get my evaporator core replaced, Jimil and his team are great! Could not be more happier with the quality of service they provide. Very informative and great communication. They provide inspection of your vehicle along with picture of what they recommend/ what they need to be fix to give you an understanding of what needs to be repaired. They inform you from start to finish on the work. I most definitely will be returning!

Great experience with this shop. I just moved to the area and took my 2016 A3 to have the transmission looked at and the guys did a fantastic job. I also needed a regular service and I will be back. When I got my car back it was like driving it brand new again! Great price, great service and took less time than I thought it would! Thank you thank you!
