🔧 Ace Parking

Used Ace for Jury duty parking per instruction from the summons. Easy to find with 2 entrances. Space to get ticket is very cramped and difficult to maneuver without hitting the curbs. Suggestion: Place maps of all of the court buildings by elevators or on a post on each level.

There's NO FREE PARKING here, even if you get validated, which the lady in the office forgot to do, so I showed up at the exit, prepared to pay the full amount, but the nice man validated me and only charged me half. Thanks, nice man!

I ended up booking the wrong day, and my refund was processed within less than 5 minutes per their website. Thanks, Ace! You are the best!

I got a parking pass for my job & it's supposed to be $36 a monthly to park here. But they keep charging my account $48 for my parking pass. But what's crazy that other people that works for the same company as I do pay different prices like $18 & $15 a month. Why is it that they pay differently then me? I only used my parking pass 3 days out of October & they still charged me $48. I want a refund so we will see what happens.

There are two entrances to this garage, one on 4th Ave south of Washington and one on Jefferson to the west of 3rd Ave. I've never seen it full and it's better than trying to park on the street.
