This company endeavors to have you bring your car back time and time again to hemorrhage money. Gross. Go somewhere else.

Despite having previously given a 5-star rating, my experience over the past year has been abysmal. I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs, with some payments even demanded in cash, yet my vehicle has not been properly fixed. Crucially, the shop is now refusing to honor my vehicle's warranty. My car repeatedly broke down immediately after leaving their shop, sometimes on the very drive home. During their work, my car sustained three new dents on the driver's side door, which I reported to Leticia with no resolution. I was also charged $150 for an unnecessary door part. Furthermore, they broke my headlight bezel, rendering my headlights unusable and making night driving impossible. Ernesto promised to find the part but is now refusing to fix the car altogether. I suspect they overtightened the belts, causing a loud screaming noise under the hood when started. Leticia's response regarding Ernesto's unavailability for two weeks, without offering any alternative or resolution for my warranty-covered vehicle, is unacceptable. They have also consistently failed to return old parts as requested. Given the thousands of dollars I've spent, their refusal to resolve the ongoing issues is deeply disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this place; they are not female-friendly."

I keep forgetting to put up a review, but so far the best mechanic, if something is wrong with your car this is the place you want to bring it in.

Medina's has worked on a few of my cars and I have now referred a few friends to them. They have always been fairly priced and provided a terrific service. The always provide timely completions and excellent work. I will continue to service my cars here and keep recommending them to my friends. Thank you Medina's

My Buick Enclave burnt up the alternator a couple of days ago and I called this shop and they were able to get me in this morning at 9:00 a.m. and by noon it was complete, five stars for the service! They are friendly, affordable and locally owned
