Lopez Auto helped me out when my car was stalling. They figured out the issue, explained what needed to be done, and got it fixed without any hassle. The price was fair and they didn’t try to push any unnecessary work on me, which I appreciated. They were professional and straightforward. If I have car trouble again, I’d come back.

🚨 WARNING: AVOID LOPEZ AUTO AT ALL COSTS! 🚨 This shop, which claims to be run by "followers of God," is nothing but evil CROOKS who especially target women. My car kept breaking down after their so-called "repairs," including several alternator replacements. Every time I dropped it off with a full tank of gas (good for 400 miles), they returned it empty, claiming it was necessary for their work. They suggested a $3,000 transmission rebuild, insisting it would fix everything, but when I couldn’t drive 3 miles before turning back due to ongoing issues, they had the nerve to claim *I* instructed them to rebuild the transmission! I only agreed because they pushed it as the solution. Despite numerous repairs, they never fixed the root cause, later blaming the cluster. They even charged me for gas THEY used up! Experienced mechanics uncovered Lopez Auto’s SABOTAGE: they hid tiny foil pieces in the fuses, causing endless electrical failures to guarantee breakdowns. Within a month of their “final fix,” the alternator failed AGAIN for the fifth time. When I questioned the repeated failures of brand-new alternators, they dismissed it as “sometimes alternators are just defective.” These hypocritical liars cost me over $3,000 in unnecessary repairs on top of the transmission rebuild. They also damaged my drivers side mirror. Lopez Auto are deceitful CROOKS who prey on customers, especially women, for profit. DO NOT TRUST THEM—save your money and steer clear! I have filed reports to the BBB and will file a report with the Arizona Attorney General.

Just had another mechanical work done by Lopez Auto Services. I had my timing chain replaced on my Toyota Corolla 2010. They gave me a great deal and a quick 2 day turnaround as promised. They are always welcoming as a family local auto service shop from all their staff. My vehicle is running smoothly again without the noise when I start accelerating. I highly recommend Lopez Auto Services for all your vehicle repair and maintenance work. Lastly, they always go above and beyond to come to a resolution. I trust their mechanical work on my vehicle, and so should you. Thank you, Mr. Lopez and your staff.

Had my car serviced this morning at Sun Devil Auto, so I could get it in shape for a cross country road trip I’m starting tomorrow. Brakes and Rotors were $600, so that was expected, then they mentioned a few other things that were about the same amount, so in total I would’ve had to pay well over $1200 So I just focused on the priority, the brakes & rotors I later located the parts which were about $200, in total, and thankfully found Lopez Auto Service, because it was right down the street from where I live I wasn’t required to make an appointment, came in with the parts, and they had everything installed in under 30 minutes, and for $120! This is a great example as to why we should be supporting our local Mom & Pop shops, PERIOD! Thank you so much for your service and time today Lopez Auto!!!

These guys are legit. I have had my old and new car worked on my by them. They’re pretty fast and straight to the point. I highly recommend them over the well known popular workshops. They know what they are doing. Thanks guys! I truly appreciate it.
