I brought my transmission to this guy to rebuild my transmission for 1,200$ not only to get rebuilt again by another shop because he reused broken parts and just clean it up

I was told it would take two days two rebuild transmission. It took TWENTY DAYS! It is clear they did not take a test drive, because when I took a test drive, there was a new problem, the engine was sputtering (To be clear, this is a problem that had never occurred before).
