Charles is wonderful! The service was quick, the customer service was amazing, shop is clean as well. As a woman it’s hard to find a shop that doesn’t feel like they will take advantage of me, but Charles quickly assessed my car (within a few hours of dropping it off), explained in detail what he wanted to upgrade/repair, and the paperwork had the most detailed log of what was done to my car! Will be returning!

Aaron and his staff are the best. In a world where car repair places don't a good reputation -AZ auto worx is the opposite. Honest, fair priced, friendly. I use Aaron from major issues to changing my oil. I tell everyone about this as well. Good shop

*THIRD VISIT WITHIN A MONTH* Recently bought a vehicle that needed a few things looked over. I had tried a few other shops in the area but AZ Auto Works was absolutely the right choice for me. The front office is clean and simple. You're not walking through piles of broken cars, and grease stains and the sounds of power tools to get to the front desk. Liked that a lot. They had very reasonable labor/hour prices and were very communicative about what the problems were and the options to fix them. What I liked most was their HONESTY. I had a problem that I thought would cost and arm & a leg to fix, but they took good care of the issue for a lot less. Also pointed out other issues that could become problems, and how urgent they needed to be addressed. Most of all, they worked around my schedule. I did not have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and the work was done promptly, with the car being ready to pick up twice ahead of schedule. Great team, they deserve all the good business they can get. Will return after I break another part on my offroad rig!

What a great place. Came here got my brakes done, I was close to work, did a great job on them, and I got my vehicle back the same day. Dropped it off in the morning it was ready by 2:00. Lots of parking, easy access. I don't take my truck just anywhere, it has to be recommended. :)

Amazingly fast service, did tie rods, oil change and alignment done it 1 hour and I’m not kidding. These guys run the shop as just a 2 man gig so you can very much trust them. They will tell you the truth and let you watch them while they work on you’re vehicle. I’ve never seen service like this before. Kind of like a nascar pit stop with guaranteed quality. Aaron the owner is a good guy. You will be in good hands here. Shop is located right next door to big Jim’s exhaust FYI.
