I have been taking my car to ToyoMotors for a couple years now. I have been so impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. The team work to get my car in as quickly as possible and according to my schedule. They provide feedback as to upcoming care or maintenance that is needed and I can plan accordingly. I had a difficult repair to a door mechanism and they initially thought the entire door would need to be replaced. They went the extra mile, researching other ways to fix the issue and was able to fix the mechanism without replacing the door! Definitely will continue to take my car there! Great service! Surely, they provide great customer service, with accurate and precise professional diagnosis which is the most important in this field for outlining a reliable and effective actionable plan. Pricing is fair but service and quality reliability provided priceless! Especially thanks to Mr Nick R for his empathy and charisma that make customers feel welcome.

I have been going to Toyo for 3 years including regular maintenance, diagnosing, and cosmetic work (2015 Subaru Forester), about 8-9 visits. I’ve had great experiences on all but one occasion and even the one occasion was a simple fix (had to bring it back after an oil change, the technician didn’t tighten something correctly so there was a slow drip). I really appreciate their decent prices and quality work. What kept me coming back from the beginning was that they helped diagnose and fix an axle issue after I spent a bunch of money on a misdiagnosis at a different shop. 10/10 recommend!

After purchasing a 3rd Gen 4Runner I knew I’d have to invest in initial repairs, especially addressing a known misfire(s). Multiple repairs were done or attempted but never fully resolved the some of the issues. After taking it to another mechanic I was shown and educated on what was done and NOT done. I was initially told the spark plugs needed replacement as they not the proper spacing and mismatched. Turns out they replaced them with SINGLE vs DOUBLE prong as clearly indicated on the engine for about $475. Also, i was charged for a throttle body cleaning that actually never took place. The new mechanic stated there was no possible way this was done, however I was charged shy of $285 for it. Very nice guys but the techs, master mechanics and advisors weren’t in sync and resulted in being overcharged and leaving me wondering what other labor was charged and not done at all or incompletely. All together I’d spent almost $3800. I don’t expect any type of refund, but I expected more from a shop with such positive reviews.
