I found Tanner Motors after doing diligent research on European shops… and I’m glad I did! I went in for a brake flush and transition drain and fill. The team at Tanner Motors are diligent with their courtesy inspections and ensure to document everything for you with photos. They are more than happy to answer the questions you have on your vehicle and I never felt any pressure to get additional work done. The shop is a bit far from me as I live in Chandler but I’m looking to make this my shop going forward.

I had an absolute amazing experience with Tanner. I’ve found my new happy place for my car. And that is such a great feeling. They are timely, professional and courteous ! No upselling or pressure selling. The shop is calming and clean. I got an oil change and I was in and out in no time. They are very accommodating It’s reassuring as a woman to find a place that I can trust with my vehicle. Albeit she’s got some age on her she’s my last vehicle and I know that I can rely and trust these guys. That means a lot to me. New in town and I nailed it. 😀 I hope that my review will help someone else to make the decision to give them a try if you’re new in town and your looking for a certified BMW service center you can trust with an amazing team!!

Car repairs can be daunting and finding the right repair shop makes a huge difference in your experience. I have just moved to the area and my car needed some major front in repairs. Tanner Motors had very positive reviews so I took a chance and contacted them. From the first contact to driving my repaired Volvo out the door, their service and communication was excellent. They were straight forward on what was essential and what could wait with a comprehensive evaluation and estimates broken down. My car was finished in time and the Lyft service got me home and back to the shop. I’m so happy to have found a reputable place for my car repairs.

Kindness means everything! Grateful for the level of service Derrick showed me upon my arrival and fully explaining the fix for my Audi. He also took the time to share additional information about upcoming service I should consider given the mileage of my car and they noticed I didn't have a sticker of oil change service. We've been loyal customers for longer than I like to admit. We would not consider any other auto care providers. Chris Tanner runs an excellent and ethical business! Also, special kudos to Derrick, service advisor is very good and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. The service specialists are excellent, thorough and don't perform unnecessary tasks. The estimates are accurate and nothing is done without the customer's approval. What more can I say? I feel.very fortunate to have them! Thanks to Chris and the crew. I recommend highly!!!
