Updated Review 04/05/25: Just got my AC recharged here for my Jaguar, he went out of his way to recharge it on a Sunday. If that’s not costumer focused then you have not experienced it before. Cost was very economical vs dealership.

They were ready to go as soon as my appointment time, the "new" customer supplied gage cluster had an existing speedo read problem, they were able to troubleshoot it down to a failed stepper motor. There was some friction with hot swapping the gage on my Nissan Maxima that threw a bad Speed Sensor signal and an ABS code. At the time, it wasn't obvious to them that I wasn't trying to pull a fast one on them. However, I sat down with the head mechanic, and he went over the schematics with me, and we were able to negotiate / brainstorm the issue. He was very competent in his craft yet open to suggestion and gave me the benefit of the doubt about the possible nature of the problem. They did a fair amount of extra troubleshooting to sort the problem without charging me, and they were able to resolve the issue. The only tip I think I would make, is that they carry some kind of clear plastic polish so that they can really clean up the outer window to the gage cluster for customers with older clusters. Edit, they went out of their way to source a new clear plastic gage window and ended up polishing up and cleaning the original one for me. I appreciate it alot!
