Best auto shop! Bob and Kearsten are some of the nicest people ever--I could not recommend this place enough. I recently purchased a 2009 Volvo XC70 and Bob showed me everything that needed to be fixed and explained the fixes and the price of everything before he started working on it. I called to make an appointment on Monday and my Car was done by Wednesday morning, which is unbelievable and I was so grateful for. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Bob is so friendly and trustworthy and I can always rely on him when I have an issue or concern with my Volvo. Really appreciate his flexibility, care and service. Grateful our paths have crossed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can not speak glowingly enough of Bob and the team at Phoenix. Bob is such a kind soul. He is the most trustworthy mechanic I have worked with. He explains everything to me and also shows me what is going on with my car. He makes going to the mechanic enjoyable!

Well just one more...Bob and Chris at Phoenix Auto are a class act and did a wonderful job of bringing my Volvo v70 up to date with the necessary maintenance checks, oil change, guide pins replacement, alternator replacement and several other things on my check list. If you live in the Madison area and own a Volvo--especially an older one--take it here. Bob and his staff are excellent. The work was done quickly and they were able to work with my budget. I also learned a ton from Bob, who has encyclopedic knowledge about these cars and is happy to teach you a thing or two. This is one of the few businesses of any type that I can recommend without any reservation. They're great.
