Excellent service. I have taken my all cars (and my kids' cars) to JM Auto Repair for y many years. They are always straightforward, no pressure and don't change for unnecessary work. I recommend them to all my friends and cow-workers who need a good honest mechanic.

Received a coupon in the mail. After getting hit with a huge increase for my oil change with the place I'd been going to for years; I decided to give JM a try. Quick, easy and really nice guys. JM is our new place to go for our oil changes!

What ever happened to Jacob?? These new people do not know how to run an honest shop. A couple years ago my car had a misfire, and it was just an unplugged wire, Jacob reconnected the wire and didn't charge me anything. These new owners are money hungry now. I took my truck in for a diag and they said it needed all these things that were just replaced not too long ago by another shop. They said I needed a new battery that I just bought two weeks ago. Jacob was the most honest and trustworthy dude I knew. He taught me things and made me get into cars and go to school. He didn't care about making money, he wanted to educate and teach his customers. I remember he taught some of his customers on how to do an oil change on their vehicles so they don't have to take it in anymore for simple maintenance. I don't see that anymore in the new owner. All I see is someone that wants to take your money. I hate that the new owners are tarnishing Jacob's name and his old customers. They should change the name of the shop because this is just disrespectful to Jacob. I used to recommend, but I no longer do.

I brought my car in thinking I had a wheel bearing issue, since I’ve dealt with that before. He took his time looking at it and determined there was nothing wrong and refused to charge me for the time. That is a true test of an honest mechanic. I Would recommend him. I called around for a quote before hand and he was the most reasonable.

Used these guys for a while while I lived in the Springs and they were always upfront, competitively priced, and are straightforward about what repairs your car needs and what it can live with. On one occasion they diagnosed my engine leak issues and when I said I didn't want to repair it because it wasn't worth it they didn't charge me on the diagnosis. Let me provide my own oil and filter for oil changes. The main guy there is a very cheerful bloke and great to chat with. I wish they had a location in Centennial!
