I needed my brakes changed and everywhere else I called for a quote was going to overcharge me and charge me for things I didn’t need. Mr Vasquez was very honest about what I needed and what he recommended and charged a fair price, not to mention he got me in quickly. Will come back for future vehicle needs !

We love Mr Vasquez. We never worry or stress when he has our vehicles. He has worked on many of our families vehicles and he is always honest and the work is always done correctly. He is always our first choice when choosing a mechanic. For the bad review KC. Mr Vasquez first language I believe is Spanish. I’m sorry that he didn’t appease you the way YOU NEED. He doesn’t always return my calls and he is hard to get a hold of because he is very busy. I promise you he’s not gonna hurt from losing business from you. I will wait a week or two if I have to so so can get him to work on my vehicle because he is honest and the work is done right as I stated before I saw your review. He may not be amazing at customer service but I assure you he is an amazing mechanic. So sorry you jumped to conclusions and felt the need to leave him a bad review before having him actually work on your vehicle.

Not sure why this guy gets such good "customer service" reviews. I called with an emergency and someone just says "Hello" when they picked up. One of the most basic rules of business is to have a professional greeting. There was also a baby crying in the background and I could barely hear. I had to explain that I thought this was the number to Vasquez Mobile. He just goes "I'm not in town right now" like I have a lot of audacity calling him or something. And I said sorry for bothering you and hung up. I would have no way of knowing that you "aren't in town" as Google says open til 12am. Don't make your customers feel stupid by trying to sus out if they even have the right number when you say "hello?" all confused and then act halfway confused that someone would actually call your business during your stated business hours. If this guy can't be bothered to have a professional phone system, I would for dang sure not trust him with my vehicle. Yuck.

Pulled into the love's truck. Stop early in the morning when out to start the truck. Alternator bad called Vasquez mobile mechanic. Not only did he pick up a new alternator for me, he had it installed in no time flat highly recommend. I give him a 10 star.
